6 yes answers. From my perspective, owning beats renting in almost every submarket of metro Atlanta, dollar for dollar, square foot for square foot. However, for the mobile, migratory knowledge workers of today, renting makes sense for many. Renting will make sense for more and more people as the next two turbulent decades unfold.
